My passion for teaching yoga began in 2016 when I was struggling to find a yoga class for myself that was truly meant for beginners. My lack of flexibility and confidence with my own body image made it challenging to find a class that was accommodating for me. What I found myself doing in each class I took, was creating modifications that suited my needs.
That process on it’s own forced me to face my fears and challenge myself to push through my limitations physically and mentally. I knew there had to be other people like me that had the same desire to try yoga, yet were faced with the same fears and limitations. I attended various trainings, workshops, and class types around the world.
I took pieces from every bit of yoga that I learned to provide the most basic instruction so that yoga could become accessible to ANY body type young, old, big, or small.
